My story
I'm Shiyun Hu, a licensed real estate agent in Frankfurt am Main. It all started with a simple conviction: owners deserve an honest, data-driven assessment and an agent who genuinely listens.
I guide sellers through every step — from the first valuation to handover of the keys. My particular focus is serving German, international and Chinese owners in their own language.
How I work
Every sale starts with a realistic, data-driven valuation — no inflated figures to win an instruction. You should know exactly where you stand from the start.
From there I handle the whole process: professional preparation and marketing, screening and vetting buyers, negotiation and support to the notary appointment — with regular updates and no sales pressure.
